A company or small business owner who owns several rental properties that they lease or rent out to individuals or families will need a dependable and qualified maintenance company to handle their day to day maintenance repairs, emergency calls and home improvements without spending a lot.

A certified, licensed maintenance company will be able to perform the daily smaller jobs that are required to maintain a household that a landlord would be responsible for.
